You can directly access host of subscription related services by simply logging onto India Today Group Customer Care portal: www.wecare24x7.in

To access these services, you would need your Customer ID and a password.

To know your Customer ID, please click here or contact our customer care centre. Your Customer ID shall be mailed to you within 2 working days.

 
1.

Change your address:

If for any reason you are relocating, you can put a request for change in your mailing address.

2.

Temporary suspension    of your copy :

Use this service if you will be out of town for a while, or would like to temporarily stop your subscription for any reason.

3.

Request cancellation of services :

You can put your request for cancellation of subscription here.

4.

Report damaged or missed issues :

You can report a damaged issue online. A replacement copy will be mailed to you within 2 working days. You can post a complaint regarding non receipt of copies and a replacement will be mailed to you within 2 working days. Only upto 3 months old issues are serviceable subject to stock availabilty.

Report late receipt of copies:

The delivery window for every magazine is:

  • for weekly/fortnightly - with in the first 4 days of the issue start date(Mon-Thurs)
  • for monthly - with in the first 10 days(up to 10th of the month)

    Report non-receipt of Gifts:

    Delivery of free gift usually takes 8-10 weeks after receipt of your first subscription copy. If it has been delayed beyond 10 weeks please lodge your complaint at www.wecare24x7.in or call Customer Care Centre.

    View Subscription status:

    If you are not sure when your subscription expires? If your payment has been received? Click here to check your account status online.

    8.

    View Gift status:

    Want to know about the dispatch status of your free subscription gift? You can view its current status whether Delivered/Returned/In transit.

    9.

    Update your profile:

    Use this service for any update in your profile since your last subscription.

    10.

    Post your query:

    Use this service if you are unable to find any of the above services relevant to you. You may use this service even if you do not possess a Customer ID.
