Q1. I have mailed you my order form and payment last week, please let me know if you have received it? Top
 

It takes about 4 weeks from the date you have mailed your order, for you to receive an acknowledgement letter confirming order/ payment receipt and commencement date of the magazine. Thus, contact us after 4 weeks in case you do not get an acknowledgement letter from us.

 
Q2. When will I get the acknowledgement letter confirming receipt of payment? Top
 

We shall send you an acknowledgement letter within 4 weeks of receipt of your order confirming:

  • Payment details
  • Complete address
  • Subscription number (alphanumeric number For eg:ITE1554567)
  • Subscription validity
  • Customer ID (purely numeric number, for eg: 9999999)

    Q3. When will I start receiving the magazines? Top
     

    After the receipt of your order it normally takes:

  • 2-3 weeks for weekly/fortnightly magazines
  • 4-5 weeks for monthly magazines

    Q4. When can I expect the free gift? Top
     

    Delivery of free gift usually takes 8-10 weeks after receipt of your first subscription copy. If it has been delayed beyond 10 weeks please lodge your complaint at www.wecare24x7.in or call Customer Care Centre.

     
    Q5. What should I do if I have any subscription related query? Top
     

    For any subscription related queries like Change of address, Reporting damaged/missing issue, Accessing account status, Renewal of subscription, Cancellation of subscription etc., Please contact customer care centre:

    Q6. What happens if it is more than 6 weeks and I have not received a single copy? Top
     
  • Please log on with your Customer ID and Report non-receipt of Issue.
  • You can also contact customer care centre and request them for corrective action.

    Q7. What happens if I miss an issue or it arrives late? Top
     

    If you have seen the publication on the newsstand and have not yet received your copy, it’s probably under dispatch since the subscription copies delivery window is between 3-4 days of the release on the newsstand. You can also contact customer care centre and request them for corrective action.

    P.S: Only upto 3 months old issues are serviceable, subject to stock availability.

     
    Q8. What should I do about damaged issues? Top
     
  • Please log on with your Customer ID and Report receipt of damaged copy.
  • You can also contact customer care centre and request them for a replacement.

  • You can also write to contact customer care centre.

  • Please log on with your Customer ID and Post your Query along with both subscription ID's.
  • You can also contact customer care centre and request them for necessary corrections.

  • Please log on with your Customer ID and View your subscription details.

    Q12. Can I temporarily suspend  my subscription? Top
     
  • Please log on with your Customer ID and Report temporarily suspension of your copies.
  • You can also contact customer care centre and request them for necessary corrections.

    Please note: for suspention to be effective it normally takes:
  • 2-3 weeks for weekly/fortnightly after the receipt of your request
  • 4-5 weeks for monthly magazines after the receipt of your request

    Q13. I have stopped getting my magazine altogether – why? Top
     
  • Please log on with your Customer ID and View your subscription details.
  • Your subscription may have expired or been temporarily suspended. Please contact customer care centre and report non-receipt of copy complaint.

    Q14. How can I cancel my subscription? Top
     
  • Please log on with your Customer ID and Request for Cancellation of your subscription.
  • Please write to customer care through mail, fax or e-mail quoting your subscription number and reason for cancellation. We will promptly cancel your subscription and process your refund on a pro rata basis for all unmailed copies. Please note that it takes 2-4 weeks for a cancellation to become effective and the refund shall reach you within 4 weeks time.

  • 2-3 weeks for weekly/fortnightly after the receipt of your request
  • 4-5 weeks for monthly magazines after the receipt of your request

    Q15. How do I renew my subscription? Top
     

    You can renew your subscription by

  • Logging to India Today customer care portal wecare24x7.in with your Customer ID and Renew your Subscription.
  • Respond/ renew when you receive your printed renewal reminder mailed 2-3 months before expiry of your subscription.
  • You can contact customer care centre for latest renewal offers.
